  • Developing a differentiable RCWA-plus-ray-tracing framework for robustness-aware metagrating waveguide optimization in augmented reality displays.
  • Jointly optimized viewing-position and fabrication-tolerance variations across 18 sampled conditions, improving detection-plane spatial uniformity under eye movement and nanofabrication perturbations.
  • Preparing a first-author manuscript on differentiable joint optimization of metagrating waveguides for AR displays.

Research Intern | Team for AI, AlgoLab Co., Ltd., Seoul, South Korea

  • Developed a predictive fine-tuned Llama-3.1-8B that integrates RAG using FAISS and GraphSAGE to forecast optimal delivery methods based on customer order data.
  • Researched and implemented advanced prompting techniques to enhance the long-term memory and contextual understanding of LLMs.
  • Engineered a custom Open Source Routing Machine (OSRM) engine that incorporates real-time South Korean traffic data for dynamic route optimization.

Focus Royale: Gamified Focus Management App | Google Play Store Release

  • Launched a gamified focus management app on the Google Play Store as a solo developer, building the mobile app, web interface, backend server, database, and game mechanics end-to-end.
  • Selected for the Yonsei University Institute for Higher Education Innovation Workstation Program and received a $800 development grant.

YeYa: AI Agent for Digital Inclusion | Grand Prize Winner, Yonsei-Nexon Creative Platform

  • Achieved a 76% increase in task speed and a 500% boost in digital capability for senior citizens by developing an AI-powered Android agent. The agent assists users by executing tasks through voice commands, autonomously navigating and operating third-party applications.
  • Implemented a real-time detection system to identify and warn users of potential phishing text messages and malicious websites with 95% accuracy.

Crypto AI Agent | Excellence Award, AGE Agent Hackathon

  • Built an autonomous trading agent that interacts with the Upbit exchange API to perform cryptocurrency trades based on real-time market analysis and predefined strategies.
